OHA Board of Directors and Officers
The officers of the OHA are elected by the Board of Directors. There are four officer positions required by the OHA By-laws; however, the Board may create additional officer positions if deemed necessary. Only the offices of President and Vice President must be held by members of the Board of Directors. Officers are elected for one year terms and serve at the will and discretion of the Board of Directors. Board meetings are generally open to any member of the OHA. Contact the Board President if you would like to attend or make a presentation to the Board. Board meetings are held monthly on the first Tuesday of the month. Officers and Board Members are volunteer positions.
