Oakwood Homeowners Association Procedures
The Oakwood CC&R's establish the OHA Board and the By-Laws establish what the Board is to accomplish. The OHA Board, in order to develop a consistent method of conducting OHA Business, has instituted a third level of direction called OHA procedures. OHA procedures have been voted on by the OHA Board and approved by the Board, and as such are binding on the OHA Board unless officially changed. The intent of these procedures is to establish and document an approved and consistent method of implementing some of the tasks established in either the CC&R's or the By-Laws.
