The OHA Board has established a standard advertising policy that (1) applies to all relevant OHA publications, (2) applies pricing on a annual basis, (3) supports the business and services of OHA residents, and (4) encourages advertising revenue to fund our publication expenses.

Business Advertising Opportunities

1. OHA Business Services Website: Local businesses may list their business name, type of business, address, telephone number and a link to their business web site. The fee is $20 annually.
2. OHA Oak Leaf: This newspaper is published quarterly and delivered to all residents of Oakwood. The rates are as follows:

3. Oakwood Directory: The Directory is listing of residents in Oakwood and is published annually. Rates are as follows:

Note: Place an ad in both the Oak Leaf and Oakwood Directory and list your name on our website for free.

Businesses wishing to advertise in any of the above OHA formats may use the OHA Business Advertising Form.

* Oakwood residents receive a discount of 10%. Place an ad in either the Directory or the Oak Leaf and register your name on our website for half price. Take an ad in both and register your name for free.

Children's Opportunities: Help In the Neighborhood

The OHA lists the names of children that desire to provide services such as baby sitting, pet sitting, etc. in both the OHA website and directory free of charge. Use the Help in the Neighborhood permission form to apply. All requests must include a parent signature authorizing the placement of the ad.
