The Common Area Rules are the rules and regulations for use of the common areas in Oakwood, including Lake Charles, Westman Beach, and the Eastern Shoreline.
All homeowners who wish to use a boat on Lake Charles must obtain a free boat registration tag from the OHA Lake Management Committee. Homeowners whose property does not border the lake have the opportunity to use the Lock & Dock area to store their boats. The forms for boat registration and for use of the Lock & Dock area are included at the end of this PDF file.
